Villa Immacolata is a semi-detached house located in Kal'e Moru, a condominium (safe and suitable for families with children) about 20 km from Villasimius and about 35 km from Cagliari Elmas International Airport.
Located within a complex of villas overlooking a long white sand beach and with a bar / tobacconist and a small market at the entrance to the condominium. From here you can quickly reach both the city of Cagliari, which deserves at least a visit, and several of the most beautiful beaches in Southern Sardinia.
The house is furnished simply but with taste and with everything you need for a comfortable holiday for 4 people. It is accessed via about twenty steps. It has two comfortable entrances to a Mediterranean scrub garden and a small green lawn.
